Check GotSport for the team number first if you haven't already.
When you're logged in, you should be on the parent profile; click on Family and the child's name, which will take you to their profile; then click on Team Management. There you will see the team number.
Example: SI_2021 Team 1
If you have multiple children, click the icon that looks like a person in the top-right corner (on a computer) to return to the parent email, then repeat the process for each child.
