Juggling a soccer ball is a training exercise that has a number of benefits that transfer directly into improved performance on the field.

  • Improved eye/limb coordination

  • Improved mental focus

  • Greater ball control

  • Reinforced muscle memory benefiting first touch

  • Motor skill fine tuning

This page will list players who have achieved milestones in juggling with a coach/adult witness.  The milestones are 10 consecutive juggles  for juniors and 25, 50, 75, & 100 consecutive juggles for senior jugglers.  All the coach/parent needs to do is contact the Travel Coordinator and let him know the name of the  player, the number of consecutive juggles if they exceed at least 25, and the age of the player to be added to the list.  To make the 75 or 100 juggles list it must be documented by a coach.
